Developing Your WHY – using it to define your company’s mission and create your 1 minute introduction. Matt Randall, business coach and serial entrepreneur, will lead a one hour session on developing your WHY. Your WHY is actually far more important than your HOW or WHAT. Once you truly understand the WHY of your business, or your role within the business, then you can be far more powerful and effective in selling your WHAT and HOW. Learn more in this intense hour of discovery. Each attendee will come away with an outline of their WHY which can be used to craft the company mission statement or develop their 1-minute introduction for networking events. With time for Q&A to follow.
