Join us for an educational workshop on insurance and communication strategies for the "new normal".
Tony Lemmo of Sevigney Lyons Insurance and James Scott of Thryv will share tips and tricks to help business owners use their knowledge, time, and money more effectively.
This workshop is designed to be an interactive experience where participants are encouraged to ask questions and be prepared to answer some questions as well.
To make the most out of the workshop, we recommend that participants prepare these 5 things before-hand:
1.) Google your business. Note anything that you notice; things that you like or don't like. Anything that you didn't expect to find.
2.) An Excel list of your customers.
3.) Photos of you/ your business/ employees/ and your logo file.
4.) List of your key products and services.
5.) Any messaging that you may have created in response to COVID-19.

James Scott is a Thryv Business Software Advisor – In his last two years with Thryv, he has helped over 100 businesses figure out how to navigate their operations through a digital world and meet the ever-increasing expectations of their clients, while guiding their processes and systems towards efficiency, putting time back into their day through a systems approach.
He is heavily involved in networking and is the growth coordinator at BNI Seacoast Success in Newmarket, NH. The two keys to his personal and business development strategy are – 1) Providing earnest value in every interaction with everybody he meets while networking and prospecting – if he can help, he does that first instead of withholding until the sale is made. 2) Maintaining a positive attitude – it’s impossible to see where to go next if your head is down.
James lives with his fiancée Hannah in Concord, NH. He also lives on Zoom!
