Employability is a person’s ability to gain initial employment, maintain employment, or obtain new employment. COVID-19 has left thousands of workers without jobs, and hundreds of businesses seeking to rehire or find new employees as they re-open. The Chambers of the Seacoast Alliance will conduct a forum aimed at helping workers understand the concept of employability and connecting them with the resources available to help them improve their employability skills.
