• Third, know too -  that if your business is located on : Route 108, The Chinburg Mill , or Malley Farm , you are in an Economic Revitalization Zone ( ERZ) , and if you’ve purchased equipment and hired even 1 employee , you may qualify for this tax incentive, which deadlines on February 10 , 2022 ( for 2021 efforts) . • Finally, Remember that City Hall now hosts the  Small Business Development  Center ( SBDC )  – Business Advisor on the second Thursday of each month. This means  that as a Somersworth business you are able to obtain business consultation from an expert councilor at absolutely NO CHARGE ! ( See the attached for more information )
