David will oversee day-to-day operations at the location, assuming the role of Jim Carrigan, who was recently promoted to Regional Vice President.

David brings more than 10 years of banking experience. He also serves the community as a member of the Portsmouth Rotary Club. He resides in Rochester with his fiancée Lindsey and their dog Walter.
